LEAN-CELL RBS 40-P
LVD believes in bringing processes together to make sheet metal production more efficient. We looked at how robotic bending and punching could become part of one continuous, automated production flow.
That thinking led to the new Lean-Cell RBS 40-P, a lean manufacturing cell that combines the flexibility of Robotic Bending System (RBS) 40 with a punch press and automated picking, loading, unloading and stacking.
The result is a highly productive cell that provides manufacturers the flexibility to respond quickly to changing production requirements.

Strippit M-1225 has an expansive 47-station turret for flexible punching, is built on a heavy-duty frame with advanced table positioning for repeatable accuracy.
Precision Bending with Easy-Form® Adaptive Bending
Easy-Form 80/20 offers precision bending with a versatile backgauge, V-axis crowning system, real-time, in-process Easy-Form® Laser adaptive bending for angle control.
No Robot Teaching
Lean-Cell RBS40-P is equipped with a Kuka 6-axis robot with a universal gripper to handle a range of part sizes and to bend up to 3 flanges without regripping. Robot and bending program, gripper positions are automatically defined and optimized by CADMAN®-SIM software – no robot teaching needed.
Latest Touch control technology
LVD’s Touch control uses an intuitive, visual interface to minimize the learning curve for operators at all skill levels. Touch-B and Touch-P controls make operating Lean-Cell RBS 40-P fast and easy.
CADMAN® software suite
Integrates the entire process flow with modules for drawing import, bend, laser and punch programming, robot integration, job tracking and ERP connectivity.
