Tailor your bending system in five easy steps:

Robot payload

Select your robot payload based on part size, weight and profile length. Focus on the parts you manufacture in the highest volume - if 80% can be bent automatically, you've identified the right RBS platform.

Press brake

Within each platform, you can choose from at least two compatible press brakes, ranging from general-purpose and electric-drive models to advanced automatic tool changing and heavy-duty solutions:

  • PPED-7 50/20 – Accurate, economical bending
  • Dyna-Press Pro (EFL) 40/15 – Fast, electric-drive press brake
  • PPEB-8 80/25 or 135/30 – High-precision bending in a configurable design
  • Easy-Form-9 80/25, 135/30 or 220/30 – The ultimate adaptive bending press brake
  • ToolCell 135/30 – Automatic tooling changing press brake

Material input

Select the input source that best matches your RBS system. Options include:

  • Input boxes with different stack options
  • Various input pallets
  • Preloader
  • Pallet tilter

Material output

Choose the output system that fits your process:

  • Output pallets or boxes
  • Drop units
  • Pallet dispenser
  • Conveyor system

Robot grippers
